Who handles this pilot

Mikey Bars runs this independent community arts pilot and reviews its contributions. You can use the contribution form to ask about your information, request a correction or ask us to delete a submission. Include enough context to locate it, and a reply email only if you want a response.

What you choose to send

The form requires a contribution type and message. You may also provide a related page, supporting public URL, display name, reply email or participation interest. Anonymous feedback is welcome; an ill.world account is not required.

Permission to contact you and permission to publicly credit your display name are separate, optional choices. We use a reply email to respond about your submission when you allow it. We do not publish your email as a credit or add you to a mailing list.

Please avoid private documents, passwords, home addresses or sensitive information about yourself or someone else.

Private review before publication

Google Forms receives submissions into a private review workflow. Mikey Bars reviews them to check corrections, sources, participation interest and feedback about the site. Submitting does not automatically publish your message, create a profile or verify ownership of a page.

Accepted factual corrections and public source links may appear in the site’s records after review. Public attribution of your submitted display name depends on your credit permission. We do not sell submission information.

Keeping and removing submissions

The pilot’s review policy is to remove raw intake after 90 days. This is a manual review and deletion workflow, not an automatic expiry system. Accepted public facts, source references and editorial decision notes may remain where they are needed to explain a published record.

You can request earlier deletion through the form. Where needed, we may ask for enough information to match the request to the submission. Provider logs and backup copies follow the provider’s own retention practices.

Browsing, media and service providers

There is currently no audience analytics tool or advertising tracker added by ill.world. Hosting and delivery providers still process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and secure the site.

Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image service while you browse. The YouTube player loads only when you choose to play a video. The inline Google Form loads only when you choose to open it here; the external form link opens Google Forms directly. These providers may process technical information and use cookies under their own policies. Being signed into Google may also affect your experience there.

External music and source links take you to the original services, which have their own privacy practices. See Google’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy notice. Providers may process information outside Canada.

If we add accounts, audience analytics or a different contribution service, we will update this page to describe the actual changes. The date above identifies this version.
